A rainbow represents something different to each one of us. Maybe a rainbow repsents gay pride to you. Maybe it's just a beautiful sight to see for you. Or maybe it makes you think of the the pot of gold at the end. We all have different views. Mine is , it symbols hope. You see stormy weather isn't as pretty as sunny but when the two come together it makes something beautiful. This life is filled with rainy (Bad) and sunny (good) days. But at the end, it's a beautiful thing. If we didn't have those bad days how would we know what a good day feels like. It's our good days mixed with our bad that forms the rainbows we are. I believe each of the colors represent something on us. But when you are having a bad day remember it takes storm and sun to make something as beautiful as a rainbow.

Overwhelming Sensation
Everything I see, all the things I hear
It’s much more than my mind can process.
The overwhelming flood of sensations wreak havoc on the mind.
I want to escape it and find somewhere to hide,
Somewhere to hide from this flood of sensation.
But trapped with no way out, I can feel my thoughts breaking down
Agitation and panic rise in response to it all.
They build and bubble till it all boils over,
I want to get away from it, I need to get away from it.
Find somewhere safe from it all.
Somewhere quiet, somewhere calm.
So please, just take me home.

Mother's love
Dear mom, what makes you stay strong when I am weak?
When tears cloud my already soggy eyes?
When I feel like I'm about to fall?
Dear mom, what makes you love me even though my hair is gone? Even though I'm not healthy?
Even though I hurt?
Dear mom, what is love?
Is it money?
Is it time?
Is it dignity?
Dear mom, I know what makes you strong. I know what makes you love me.
I know what love is. And its because you are my mother and I'm glad that you are.
I love you thank you.

Stay Strong
I don’t think kids with cancer get enough credit. They are the strongest people.
Have you ever seen your mom and dad cry in the corner of your room because they didn’t know if you were going to wake up the next day?
Do you know what it’s like to sit in a bed for months on end without being able to leave?
Have you ever been woken up in the middle of the night with five nurses surrounding you and having an oxygen tube up your nose?
Have you ever rolled over in your bed and seen chunks of hair on your pillow from chemo?
Do you know what it feels like to have everyone stare at you when you walk down the street because you have a bald head and a worn down body?
Nobody really understands what it’s like to be a cancer patient unless you have been through it. So shout out to all the kids who are battling cancer, STAY STRONG.
